My husband says it a jet vapor trail, I say it’s a cloud, but whatever it is, it made for beautiful sky art this morning over Lake Superior.

Lordy, those are beautiful photos! It just made me happy looking at them. Thank you for sharing your access to beauty. Enjoy your time at the North Shore!
Thank you Sheri. It’s 54* right now…mid afternoon. The high was going to be 48. It’s gorgeous.
Lovely photos of a beautiful sky. As always, your “shares” are inspiring and make me feel part of a universal community of folks who love nature. The jet vapor, if that’s what it is, has a spiral appearance. Lots of possibilities for that, I suppose. Interesting to ponder.
You would love these cabins too, Sue.
Oh, that sunrise. Stunningly beautiful. Thank you for sharing this. I was up at 5:45 a.m. Sunday with the early-rising 2-year-old grandson. He was thrilled to see a sliver of moon through the trees, a pink morning sky AND the golden sun. To view the world through the eyes of a little one is such a blessing. And to view the world through your camera lens is also a blessing. Enjoy your Superior stay.
I agree, to see the world through the eyes of a child is a blessing for sure!!!
May we all have a bit of child in us!
I have been told that is a “chem trail”. We saw many of them in San Diego. This might be a little too big/ heavy for a jet trail. The jet ones I see are usually horizontal, unless of course, the jet is
Increasing altitude, but not that sharply !
Hmmm….. What other things could it
also be ?
I haven’t given up on a cloud??!?

Thanks Mary Jane. I agree, these warmer and sunny days do give us hope!
